Early payment term and cancellation policy

This advance payment term and cancellation policy (“term”) regulates the conditions of payment of the services provided by Thais RJ (“provider”) to the client (“contractor”).

Early payment

1.1. The contractor agrees to make the full payment of the services contracted in advance of [2 days] before the scheduled date for the provision of services.

1.2. The provision of services is subject to payment confirmation.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

2.1. The contractor acknowledges that, once the payment is made, there will be no right to reimbursement in case of withdrawal, cancellation or impossibility of execution of the service for reasons attributed to the contractor.

2.2. If the provider cannot perform the service on the combined date for internal reasons, the contractor may choose to resignate at no additional costs or request full reimbursement.

Date change

3.1. The contractor may request a change in the date of the service with a prior notice of at least [2 days] before the scheduled date, subject to the provider's availability.

General provisions

4.1. This term shall enter into force on the date of payment and will remain valid until the services are completed.

4.2. When filling in the fields of the form and accept this term, the contractor declares to be aware and in accordance with the established conditions.
