Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can happen, and plans may need to change. However, to keep our schedule organized and to ensure fair treatment for all clients, we require:

  • Minimum 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If notice is given later than 72 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
Why this is important: When we reserve a slot for you, we block that time and cannot accept other clients. A late cancellation means lost income and we must still pay the professional scheduled for your service. It also causes disruption to the schedules of other customers.

Recurrent Cleaning Policy

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans for your convenience. To maintain the agreed rates, the cleaning schedule must be consistent:

  • If the gap between cleanings becomes longer than the agreed frequency, the price will be adjusted to reflect the extra work required.
  • Occasional delays due to illness or personal emergencies are completely understandable — but if they become frequent, we will need to reassess the terms of the service.
Why this is important: Regular maintenance keeps your home easier to clean and reduces time and resources needed. Longer gaps lead to more accumulated dirt and therefore require more labor and cleaning products.

  • Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Secure any valuable or fragile items before the cleaning.
  • Inform us in advance if there are any special instructions or areas requiring extra attention.
